NMX Digital isn't an agency with floors of juniors and account managers. It's me — Natalia. A senior performance marketer who works directly with a small number of founders. The person you meet on day one is the person inside your ad account on day 200.
I've spent the last 12+ years inside Google Ads accounts — agency-side, in-house, and now independently. I've managed spend for SaaS, e-commerce, B2B services and founder-led brands across Australia and beyond.
I'm one person, but I'm agile. I understand how marketing actually works — where to lean into the customer's subconscious, what gets them moving, and just as importantly, when to pull the plug on something that isn't earning its spot. I approach advertising as a serious game: I love the challenge, I love building solutions, and I'm a problem solver before anything else.
Beyond Google Ads and measurement, I also handle social media and image design for the brands I work with. I'm not a trained designer — but I figured out a fast way to put great-looking creative and websites in front of people, shaped by what the numbers say works. (This site you're on right now? I built it. Ask me what it looked like before — you'd never have spoken to me.)
I'm honest and direct. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from me first. The clients I enjoy most are the ones who genuinely understand the value advertising brings — they treat it as an investment, not a line item. With them, I'm not a vendor. I'm a dedicated partner.
Because it's just me, I'm honest about capacity: I take on a small number of clients at a time. If we're not the right fit, I'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Every recommendation is defendable with the numbers. If I can't measure it, I don't claim it. With me you will understand what every metric means.
